Rally Invitation
to Chichester Yacht Club -
Welcome!
We’re located at the
eastern end of Chichester
Harbour, next door to a Marina
and with easy access at most
states of the tide. The harbour
is a designated Area of Outstanding
Natural Beauty with 27 square
miles of navigable water to
explore – an excellent
boating venue in most weather
conditions. The sandy beach
at East Head is a popular
landing, walking and picnic
spot in summer.
Our new clubhouse is situated
at Chichester Marina and has
extensive catering facilities
open 7days per week and visiting
groups can either join us
in the members’ restaurant
or have a special meal in
their own private room.

Access to Chichester
Marina and CYC
Vessels drawing 2 metres or
less will have little difficulty
especially if they arrive
2 hours either side of LW.
The marina entrance channel
is dredged (the depth varies
from 0.3m at MLWS to 1.7 at
MLWN) and the lock operates
24/7 with a freeflow system
for approximately 2.5 hours
either side of HW at weekends
and during busy periods.
The CYC Rally Options
Visiting Rallies have 2 berthing
options – Either the
Premier Marina with all its
facilities or Anchoring Off
in Chichester Lake to the
north of the marina channel
with access to the shore and
club by dinghy at all states
of the tide.
