A Magical Evening!

The Yacht Section held their Annual Dinner on 18 March. An excellent three course meal was served in the Upper Deck.

We were entertained by John Harris, a close up magician who circulated to each of the tables. His magic tricks amazed us and it was difficult to see how he managed to make 3 balls out of 2, and how a lady’s ring ended up on his key ring.

Rear Commodore Yachts, David Roberts, thanked our magician, and also Tom, Andy and their staff for looking after us so well. David reviewed the highlights of the past season, and Simon Benson, Vice Commodore, outlined some of the club’s plans for the coming year.

Some 52 yachtsmen enjoyed a Magical Evening!
