The Thrive Team are helping people stay connected Monday to Friday at 13.00 for approximately 45 minutes.

The Thrive Team (Online) Huddle takes place via Zoom for anybody who would like the opportunity to take time out of their day, connect with others in a similar situation and look after their wellbeing. The focus is on sharing some tips for self-care for your mental health and wellbeing and thriving during this difficult time.  At times there’ll be guest speakers to join the chat and pass on their knowledge and tips to maintain positive wellbeing.
