Starters

Watermelon & Serrano Ham

Cubes of watermelon with ribbons of serrano ham, dressed with freshly squeezed lemon

Smoked Salmon & Prawn Salad

Thousand island prawn cocktail topped with smoked salmon, diced red onion & capers

Roasted Vegetable & Goats Cheese Tart

Shortcrust pastry tart filled with roasted peppers, courgettes and butternut squash, with a sliced goats cheese topping

Main course

Beef Bourguinon

Slow cooked beef brisket with bacon lardons, silver skin onions & mushrooms in a red wine sauce. Served with buttered mashed potato and sauteed green beans

Baked Cod Loin

Fresh cod loin marinated with sun dried tomatoes & wrapped in Parma ham. Served with hollandaise sauce, seasonal vegetables and herb buttered new potatoes

Cauliflower & Spinach Curry V\VR

A creamy almond and coconut korma sauce with spinach and cauliflower. Served with lemon and coriander rice, mango chutney and naan bread
