Yachts: Easter Cruise – cancelled

As our RC cruise didn’t run last year, we have been asked to run this year’s RC Easter cruise. So it is entitled “Former RC’s Easter Cruise” with John Lake taking on the role of deputy. The dates of Easter are fixed so we will be coping with some awkward tides. On Good Friday we will make the short trip to Bembridge where we will be entertained at the opening festivities of the Duver Marina Bar. There will be no time to dawdle en route, and in fact those in Birdham may want to get out the previous day as there could be a delay with the number of boats wanting to lock out. On Saturday we will sail to Gosport Marina, and on Sunday we will bunny hop across to East Cowes for the last night, before returning to Chi on Monday. Briefing will be by email.
