CYC v CCRC

As usual, this will be a day race out in Hayling Bay. Please do sign up for this event, as the honour of CYC really is at stake. CCRC are very keen racers, but such good sports that, for the last few years, they have allowed us a handicapping advantage – though they may be less magnanimous this year, as CYC have managed to retain the trophy for 2 years now! Our tactic of strength in numbers and dogged persistence to finish regardless of lack of wind have paid off in the past and I see no reason to change it now. Start time likely to be around 10.30 am but this will be confirmed closer to the day. The race will be followed by supper at the club (19:00 for 20:00) where the action of the day can be analysed over your beverage of choice.
