The cruise will begin in Cherbourg early on Sunday 24 May 2020 when we will sail to Guernsey’s, St Peter Port harbour. It is intended to spend Monday and Tuesday in Guernsey to give those who wish to explore the neighbouring islands a chance to do so. Group Meal on Monday evening. Moving on to Jersey’s St Helier on Wednesday. Spend Thursday and Friday on Jersey. Group Meal Thursday evening. Return to Guernsey on Saturday for an overnight stop only, then on to Alderney on Sunday.
The cruise will officially end on Monday evening in Alderney, this will give an opportunity for those who wish to join the Rear Commodores cruise to the west country a chance to meet up in Dartmouth. For those who have arrived in Cherbourg by the Saturday afternoon there will be a briefing on board Rascallion. If you are unable to attend I will send an e-mail copy of the brief. The waters around the Channel Islands are challenging but rewarding. For those of you who are new to the area there will be chances to buddy up with more experienced sailors and crews.
