Powerboat Training
As an RYA training centre, CYC are pleased to be able to offer the Powerboat Level 2 Course, as well as Club training to help improve skill and confidence when manoeuvring.
RYA Powerboat Level 2
Our PB2 Courses are open to non-members.
Members: £250
Non-members: £350
A 2-day on-the-water course, for which no prior experience is required.
It covers preparation of the RIB, launch and recovery, driving and manoeuvring skills, handling at high speed and navigation, and is run with a maximum of one instructor to three students.
Participants must be 14+ and parental consent is required for those under 16.
The International Certificate for Operators of Pleasure Craft (ICC) can be applied for on successful completion of the course.
