Peter Buttery Race

The Peter Buttery Trophy concludes the CYC fun race programme for the year and, as usual, it will be to Cowes on Saturday and return into Chichester on Sunday. Our overnight berthing will be in Cowes Yacht Haven with dinner ashore in a local pub for those who wish to join the group. The start on Saturday will be around noon. The start of the return race on Sunday will be around 08:00. Exact times to be confirmed in the racing instructions. All are welcome to join us. You don?t have to be an out and out racer with the latest gear, in fact this kind of behaviour is likely to result in a fair bit of leg pulling. Our cruiser races are open to all types of craft, crew and abilities and is a great way of cruising in company whilst trying to get the most out of your boat. As usual, comprehensive instructions will be sent around beforehand. Anyone who has not been on one of our races before and is dauted by the term ?race? please don?t be.
