Information for visitors
A warm welcome to Visitors
Chichester Yacht Club is a thriving and friendly club for sailing and watersports enthusiasts, and we are happy to welcome visitors. Whether you're arriving as part of a rally, visiting from a nearby marina, or joining friends or family that are members here, you'll find a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
Our clubhouse sits on the shores of Chichester Harbour, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Visitors are welcome to enjoy our comfortable clubhouse, restaurant and bar, or simply relax in the waterside gardens and take in the lovely harbour views.
When you arrive, please sign the Visitors Book in the bar.
Arriving by Sea
If you're taking part in a rally or staying at one of our neighbouring marinas — Premier Marina Chichester or Birdham Pool Marina — you're most welcome.
The Club is conveniently located between both marinas and is just a 2-minute walk, making it easy to pop over for a drink or a meal.
Arriving by Road
Chichester Yacht Club is approximately 80 miles from London, just south of the historic city of Chichester.
From the A27 Chichester bypass, take the A286 following signs for The Witterings for around two miles. Turn right into Chichester Marina, continue through the parking barriers and follow the road. When it curves to the right you'll find us just ahead, across the gravel car park.
Please use the gravel car park when visiting and please note parking charges apply within the marina — payment is required each time you leave.
The Clubhouse
You are very welcome to join us in our clubhouse and enjoy the Jack Holt Bar, restaurant, and waterside gardens. The restaurant is a lovely place to relax and enjoy a good meal, and on warmer days our garden tables by the water are ideal for eating or drinking al fresco, with beautiful harbour views.
At peak times, were open 7 days a week from 9.30am, serving:

Well-behaved dogs are very welcome at the Club! — we just ask that they are kept on a lead.
