Motors: Overnight anchoring

This weekend cruise within the harbour is designed to introduce the delights of anchoring to those who have yet to drop their hooks.  We will meet for a short briefing and dinner on Friday evening.  Subject to the weather, we will set out on Saturday for a lunchtime anchorage before moving on to a second location for overnight anchoring on Saturday evening.  If the weather allows, we will tender ashore for dinner before returning for your first night afloat at anchor.  Depart for home marinas after breakfast on Sunday.  Places are necessarily limited to 5 and preference will be given to those with no/the least anchoring experience.
