Yachts: Castle Cruise 4 (Mark 2)

After the disappointment of the storms in 2022, we are hoping to book fair weather in 2023 to offer you Castle Cruise No 4 (Mark 2).      
Planning to arrive at Port Solent by mid afternoon on the Tuesday with High Water at 14:45, we will arrange some appropriate activities and entertainment before a pontoon party with own dining arrangements.    On Wednesday morning a flat walk of 3 miles or other transport arrangements will take us to Portchester Castle to explore its history from Roman times to the end of the Napoleonic Wars in 1815. The Cormorant on Castle Street offers a welcome rest and sustenance if required. We feel a quiz coming on!  
We will arrange a cruise dinner on Wednesday evening at one of the restaurants on The Boardwalk at Port Solent, possibly allowing time beforehand to finish any outstanding activities from the previous evening!       
With High Water at 16:00 on Thursday, it shouldn’t be too early a start for the return trip to your home port or your next destination.
