CYC Real Ale & Jazz Festival – 26 and 27 August

Join us for two days of Summer Fun – with live Jazz and Real Ale from Langhams Brewery, an award winning independent brewery, situated  on the South Downs.

 

HIP HOP – 4.0%
This cask conditioned ale follows in the modern tradition of blonde, strongly hopped beers. It’s a classic blonde beer, which is clean and crisp. The nose is loaded with a floral hop aroma, while the pale malt flavour is overtaken by a pleasing dry and bitter finish.

 

 

 

BEST – 4.5%
A tawny-coloured classic best beer, with well-balanced malt flavours, finished with a hint of blackcurrant and a slightly spicy, sweet aroma. We are thrilled to have rebranded our Best bitter, brewed in the South Downs National Park, to help raise money for the Park’s Mend Our Way initiative.  5p  from every bottle of our South Downs brewed Best bitter sold is going to support the new charity for the National Park

 

 

 

ARAPAHO – 4.9%
The clue’s in the name! A generously hopped American Pale Ale, this beer has body with notes of bitter Apricot and passion fruit topped with a creamy head, and a smooth rounded finish.

 

 

 

SESSION IPA – 3.8%
Our Session IPA is a delicious easy-drinker. Amarillo hops add gentle fragrance of spring blossom and ripe fruit. Fresh and light, with a clean finish of bitter citrus peel and grassy notes, thanks to the perfect partners Mosaic and Citra.

 

 

 

SAISON – 3.9%
This beer is brewed with a Belgian Farmhouse yeast delivering aromas of pepper, clove & banana complemented by a pillowy head. Generous helpings
of Citra and Amarillo hops combine with our unique blend of
German malts to create a fabulous refreshing ale with a crispy dry finish.
